The oak from which the barrels are made allows the eau de vie to breath, impregnating it, and in return, liberating the substances that give it its bouquet and its golden tones… A warm palette, from orange and nutmeg brown to amber and fawn, reminiscent of both the aromas of the cognac and the surroundings where it is savoured.
