We revisit Forbidden Words with a tantalising Bombay Gourmand twist that takes you through the pulsating heart of the Bandra Mumbai suburb. Decadence, lust and hopes fill the air and the bars are enveloped with the smell of smoke and boozy desserts. The night reigns supreme and offers unique opportunities for new discoveries.
Perfumer: Luca Maffei
The heart of this fragrance lies in the interplay between the oud, salted caramel accord and vanilla which are complemented by a variety of oriental gourmand notes. Sweet orange and rose evoke Indian sweets, while patchouli, davana and labdanum create an airy and woody base that balances out the gourmand sensuality of the fragrance.

About
A house of fragrance rooted in modern India, where craft, culture, and emotion come together.
SASVA approaches perfumery as a form of expression, intimate, sensory, and deeply personal. Each creation is designed not only to be worn, but to be experienced: to evoke memories, reflect identity, and leave a lasting impression.
Inspired by the contrasts and richness of India, its rituals, materials, and contemporary energy—the house translates moments into scent. From the softness of jasmine at dusk to the intensity of a city after midnight, every fragrance begins with a feeling and evolves into a refined olfactory composition.
Working with carefully sourced ingredients such as saffron from Kashmir, oud from Assam, jasmine from Madurai, and sandalwood from Mysore, SASVA creates fragrances that are both grounded in heritage and shaped for today.
The approach is precise and intentional. No excess, no noise, only balance, depth, and clarity.
SASVA is more than fragrance.
It is presence, identity, and a new expression of modern perfumery.
