Inspiration: Kipling once said that when one had not seen India, you will never know what seeing meant. It is even more true for the olfactive world. For this second act of the Ephémère collection, I chose Spice, the journey, the heat, the origin and the richness. The Pepper of Bengal is the first spice that was introduced in Europe during Antiquity. More precious than gold, it even replaces the value of currency at one time.
Creation: A subtle jewel, pleasant, sweeter than our daily pepper and never used previously in perfumery, enhanced by the presence of Nutmeg, Clove absolute and Ginger. A persistent bite in an exotic air saturated by sandalwood, Cashmere wood, leather and ambergris. A mesmerizing fragrance for the ardent amateur of perfumery.
