“Valero explores the structure of a woody fougère, stoked by a desire for purity and transmission. I was looking for a simple yet extremely structured composition: lavender, Bourbon geranium, and cypress for the aromatic structure; patchouli and sandalwood for the base notes.”

About
Parfums de Marly combines the two passions of the well-known French king, Louis XV: perfume and true-bred horses.
The brand has the look and feel of the 18th century, the period in which perfumes reigned supreme, according to creator Julien Sprecher, therefore, he did everything in his power to make sure his perfumes were the embodiment of the elegant style of the perfumes which could be found at the Court of Louis XV.
The different breeds of horses of the flamboyant king were his other source of inspiration. Each perfume is based on a specific breed and therefore shares his name with that breed, thus getting captivating creations, such as: Percival, Safanad, Layton, Herod, Pegasus, Haltane and icon, Delina.
