The pigment

Indigo is the seventh colour of the rainbow and has an extraordinary and unexpected colour palette. Deep in the Indus Valley, blue textiles dyed with indigotin have emerged from the city of Mohenjo-Daro, while in Central America, indirubin red can be seen on Mayan frescoes and statues. In Africa, women use it to dye their skin and hair a deep black. Indigo also has incredible biological properties.

Application

Place the brush at the root of the lashes and apply using a zigzag motion for lash by lash definition. Repeat until you have obtained the desired volume. Use the curved edge to work the outer and inner corners of the lashes to intensify the look and open up the eyes.
